Bunker Stack is an AI-powered weekly planning tool designed for founders and managers. The service includes task management (Inbox, Weekly Top 3, Daily tasks, Waiting For, Decision Queue, No-List), AI coaching conversations, and weekly retrospective notes.

2. Eligibility

To use Bunker Stack, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have a valid Google account for authentication

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse or misuse the AI coaching features
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

5. Your Content

You own your content. Tasks, notes, and other data you create remain yours. By using Bunker Stack, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Bunker Stack name, logo, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our brand assets without permission.

7. Service Changes & Termination

  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You can delete your account at any time by contacting us

8. Disclaimer

Bunker Stack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or availability
  • That the AI advice will be accurate or suitable for your situation
  • That the service will meet all your specific requirements

AI coaching is for informational purposes only. Always use your own judgment for important business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunker Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
